At MindPath Therapy & Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality mental health services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellations or adjustments to scheduled services. Please review our refund policy below to understand your options and our terms.

1. Appointment Cancellations and Refunds

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. If you cancel within this time frame, you may be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule without a fee.
  • Late Cancellations: If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session rate. Refunds may not be granted for late cancellations unless due to an emergency, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Missed Appointments: Refunds are not issued for missed appointments without prior cancellation.

2. Package Refunds

  • Therapy Packages: If you have purchased a multi-session package, refunds may be granted for unused sessions upon request, subject to a small administrative fee. However, refunds will not be granted if sessions have already been started or if you are within 7 days of package expiration.
  • Special Programs or Group Sessions: For specific programs or group therapy, refunds may not be available due to limited seating and high demand. Please review program-specific terms before booking.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact us via phone or email with your booking details. Our team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed Sessions: Services that have been rendered are non-refundable.
  • Administrative and Processing Fees: Fees associated with processing or administrative costs are non-refundable.

5. Changes to Refund Policy

MindPath Therapy & Wellness reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
